On May 10, the Dallas chapter of IABC will host Clayton Howe who will share the internal and external communication challenges and successes of converting Texas toll roads to cashless operations
DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–On Tuesday, May 10 the Dallas chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) will feature the North Texas Toll Authority’s (NTTA) assistant executive director of operations, Clayton Howe, at the organization’s monthly luncheon in Plano, Texas.
“Communication with our customers was one of the most important aspects of the NTTA’s transition to cashless tolling”
Attendees to this luncheon will learn how being flexible and adaptable during times of change can facilitate a smooth transition, to deal with unexpected obstacles during a major transition and to apply what they learn to future change communication campaigns.
“Communication with our customers was one of the most important aspects of the NTTA’s transition to cashless tolling,” Howe said. “We learned and adjusted along with our customers, and I’m excited to share those lessons.”
Howe worked in the healthcare industry for 18 years before transitioning to the NTTA as assistant director of the maintenance department. In 2007, Howe was promoted to assistant executive director of operations with oversight of customer service, maintenance, system and incident management and information technology.
