    • An Extra 30 Minutes Today of Exercise
I did an extra 30 minutes of exercise today since I usually do 60 minutes of exercise each day. Once it becomes a routine, you get a healthy addiction to it. This brings my weekly exercise count so far to 360 minutes of exercise. How are you doing with your exercise today? • Another Wonderful Walk Outside of Raining Time
I had some luck today and was able to do my walk of 60 minutes outside of the rain. I saw many people on the streets, mainly looking like they were getting either to work, running errands, or also driving to work. I did my exercise walk, woken up unceremoniously by an unwanted phone call, and now I'm back to do my writing from home. So far, I have done 240 minutes of exercise this week. How is your exercise going? • Exercise and Managing Your Schedule
Yesterday, I went on a walk through my neighbourhood. It was fun. I had this situation to work with first thing in the morning during my regular exercise time, so I took several walks around my block very early in the morning when I woke up. At least this way, I got my exercise in! What kind of great ideas do you have for fitting in your exercise routine? • Exercise Count for This Week
I have done 420 minutes of exercise this week walking outside in my neighbourhood, despite the sometimes inclement weather, with an average of 60 minutes of exercise daily, for seven days this week. This is what I tend to do and have been doing for years now. I have rediscovered my love for cinnamon raisin bread, so I have gained two pounds overall this week. Cinnamon raisin bread is lovely at this time of the year as the leaves change and warmed up, and with some coffee with milk. Thank you dairy farmers of Canada. How is your exercise going today? I saw some people running and looking as though they were in their zen zone, plus people walking their dog, plus a lovely young lady just standing outside to get some fresh air. I also saw an interesting man who I see walking just about every single day. I have noticed that as a visual estimate, this particular interesting man who wears a winter coat even in the summertime, has easily lost, easily, about 50 pounds at least. I'm sure the winter coat helps in the summertime because he can sweat out the impurities and the toxins in his system and promote greater weight loss. This helped me as well when my goal was to bring down my weight. My goal now is to maintain my weight. I walked outside in three layers, including two sweaters and a red pashmina scarf, plus extremely comfortable Aerosole riding boots. Again, how was your exercise today?
