“THE ART OF CARNIVAL”, is the first annual Art exhibition presented by the Festival Management Committee of Peeks Toronto Caribbean Carnival, celebrating 50 years of Carnival in the City of Toronto. This is a unique opportunity to view artwork by Kenrick Ayow, Rosslyn Berot-Burns, Daryl Chang, Georgia Fullerton, Ian Grant and Jennylynd James, all artists of Caribbean descent. The exhibit reflects the multifaceted Caribbean culture in Toronto and will encourage dialogue while celebrating the importance of our creative artists.
The exhibit can be viewed during regular A Different Booklist Cultural Centre hours Monday – Saturday.
In collaboration with A Different Booklist, LIWI68 is pleased to have created the design for the 5th annual Freedom Underground Train ride happening on July 31, 2017. Participants in this years’ event can pre-order this memorable t-shirt online and pick it up at LIWI68’s annual customer appreciation happening this year on July 23 at 779 Bathurst Street Toronto Ontario.
LIWI68 is once again, proud and humbled to be involved in such a special event created for the community and by the community.
Like always, this event is to acknowledge and thank all of the wonderful people that have and continue to support the LIWI brand and movement.
Selected t-shirts will be available for purchase at a discounted rate along with the new 2017 Freedom Train shirt. Limited shirts and sizes will be available for purchase in advance online or by pre-order so that those who want to participate in the photo shoot can have the opportunity to secure their spot.
