Mind, Body, and Spirit by Dr. Celeste London

Dr. Celeste London N.M.D

Today’s topic is about the mind and spirit. When a doctor diagnoses someone with a disease they’re most likely to go into a state of shock, denial, or dismay. Changing one’s diet is difficult for many because of the food they are accustomed to ingesting. The only way to get over this hurdle is by making the mind stronger.

When working with clients I first teach them to practice daily positive affirmations about healing and overcoming their disease. When we talk lovingly to ourselves our cells become nourished. Dr. Masaru Emoto’s water experiment which you can find on YouTube shows the effects of positive and negative words towards water crystals. It amazed me the first time I saw the experiment and it shows exactly how powerful positivity is.

Now when discussing spirit I like to think of it as energy. We can feel the energy in our environment if we pay attention. For instance, if you walk into a room where two people just had an argument you would probably notice. Are you the type of person that emits positive or negative energy? It’s good to think of this when going about your everyday life. Energy plays a huge role in how you view the situations you are in and what the results will be. Your mind and spirit can improve through practice which will help you overcome struggles you may face. That is why I use it as part of my diabetes reversal program.

Reversing disease takes will power first and foremost. You must believe that you can before anything else can start. Your mind and spirit are important tools to continuously sharpen and strengthen. By doing so you can conquer not only an illness but any negative circumstance.
