Being an Overnight Guest and How to Take Care of Your Skin, Nails and Hair

So I will simply address this question not based on all the various scenarios that could be linked to this one, but focus on three scenarios: you are sleeping over at a platonic friend’s place, you are sleeping over at a family’s house, you are sleeping over at a non-platonic friend’s place. Let’s start with the first one.

You are young, still under forty years of age and still too young to be sleeping over at a non-platonic friend’s place. What do you do? It’s a sleep-over and how you going to show off your beauty when the sun rises in the morning?

First of all, if you are allowed to because water is expensive for most people – use their shower. Do not use soap. Wash yourself gently with the water and you could also cleanse your hair, but just do nothing to it until you get home so that you can use your own products. What I do is keep some oils on me so I can use that as a leave-in conditioner. If you have a favourite one and the bottle is too big to drag around, try to put a little bit in a bag even and do not forget to follow the original instructions and then wash it out.

For family, as a general rule and if you choose to, you can then use what your family has to cleanse yourself. You are all in the same bloodline – at least most of it. If you are not – nurture has made you like blood anyway.

A non-platonic friend works the same way as a friend – well, not really, but I hope you understand the context I mean within the focus of this book.
